The Viral Video That Started It All...

In 2017, TRILLI reached out on social media to Paris Hilton about making a custom glitter portrait! To her delight, Paris replied and TRILLI eagerly began creating the artwork & filming a time lapse video of the process. The footage was then posted on social media later that year, and along with TRILLI'S signature 'glitter reveal' videos, soon caught the attention of viral media channel, 'INSIDER'. In early 2018, ART INSIDER published the first viral media feature of TRILLI's artwork, which received over 12M views within a couple weeks! The response was overwhelming, propelling TRILLI's art career to international recognition. Forever grateful to the people at INSIDER and Paris Hilton for the inspiration and support :)

I especially love creating memorial portraits with this medium as the movement of the glitter in the light gives a sense of life to the person in a unique way. It all started with a self portrait! How someone can make YOU completely out of glitter continues to blow my mind. But she is can do that and so much more.
