Refund policy
Original artwork is sold 'as is'. Changes or customizations are only offered if clearly stated in the description.
All sales are FINAL and no returns are accepted.
Any online purchase submitted in error by the customer may be eligible for refund by notifying via email within 30mins from the time of sale.
Artists Rights:
While the purchaser of the original artwork owns the physical work, the artist TRILLI maintains exclusive rights to the visual and intellectual property of the work and can sell prints and reproduce the images indefinitely. The purchaser of the artwork is not granted any rights to make or sell reproductions or prints of the original artwork. They may however resell the original piece for profit.
Shipping & Damages:
Any damage to artwork incurred after leaving studio (shipped) is not the responsibility of the artist. The buyer assumes all risks for possible damages during shipping or thereafter. Repairs can be made possible for a fee, depending on circumstances. Please note that if the package is deemed 'un-deliverable' and RETURNED for any reason due customer address errors or issues between with their mail delivery service, the package may be considered lost and irretrievable, which the customer assumes full responsibility for. We do not typically receive returns! Please make every effort to not let this happen.
If we do receive the return however, it will be reshipped for additional fee. That fee may be waived in some circumstances.
